How to make dudh puli pitha || Bangladeshi duh puli pitha || winter pitha || shiter pitha recipe || recipe no: Tf # 8:

Shredded coconuts 1 cup and 1/4 cup

Sesames seeds white 3 tbsp 1/2 cup 
Jaggery 1/2 cup taste to sweets
Mawa 1/4 cup /khoya kheer
Liquid milk 1/4- 1/3 cup whole milk
Full cream powder milk 1/4 cup
Bay leave 1, cardamom 3, china mon 2 split
Dry rice flour 1 cup for dough 
Water 2 cups for boil boil dough 
Full cream or whole milk liquid 1 litter and cup
Salt 1 tsp taste to salt
Condensed milk 1/4-1/2 cupseJaggery melts 4 tsp adjust your sweet 

Let's get started: Lets start for staffing add in a pan sesame seeds 3 tbsp medium flame stir 3 minutes than add shredded coconuts, cardamom , chinamon, bay leaves, grated mawa, jaggery, milk, full cream powder milk 1/4 cup mix well and stir them 7-8 minutes then will ready nice paste. Turn off flame and remove from flame/heat, then remove chinamon cardamom bay leave and give shape, done keep aside. Then next step in a pan add 2 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt and let it boil with high flame. Add 1 cup dry rice flour with medium flame and immediately start stirring the rice flour stir continuously until all the water is soaked and cover the dough for 10-15 minutes with low flame. After 10 minutes don't wait for cold , carefully kneading slowly until like soft dough (because very warm).  After knead dough cut them equally then put  in a bowl and cover them with wet cloth or cheese cloth until roll  over. Now need to roll dough after roll you can make any shape cut them like circle. Fill it with shredded coconut mixture, close side with finger make the shape or as you like any design . After complete puli pitha , need in a pan milk, add 3-4 green cardamom and boil with medium flame, when get milk medium warm that time  slowly drop in milk all puli pitha, gently stir them until 10- 15 minutes boil puli pitha. After 5 minutes cook added 1/4 cup condensed milk and stir gently. After 10-15 cook turn off flame, remove pan from flame then wait until little warm puli pitha. After little warm puli pitha added jaggery syrup like this page video (taste to sweet). Then cover puli pitha until 3 hours or until cold pitha. After cold pitha ready to serve, best taste  after cold puli pitha.
