How to make samucha/samosa Pattis step by step || beef  kima samosa || Bangladeshi samosa recipe || recipe no : Tf#3




Ingredients for ground beef:
oil 2-3 tbsp
onion 2-3 cups
salt 1-1/2 tsp taste to salt
3 cups cabbage
black peppers 1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp roasted cardamom,chinamon,bay leaves powder
1 tsp mix cumin coriander powder 
1-2 tsp roasted cumin powder
4-5 pieces green chili chop ( you can skip green chili)
spring onion 1 cup
coriander leaves approximately 1/2 cup this is optional 


somucha patties ingredients :


2 cups all purpose flour/mayda

1/4 cup yellow/white cornflour
1/2 tsp salt (taste to salt)
1 tbsp oil
ice cold water around (150-175 ml)
3 tbsp oil for brush 
oil for deep frying somuchax
last 2 tbsp mayda/all purpose flour 2 tbsp water mix paste combine together for patties seal.

Let's started cook:
 first turn on high flame, add in the pan 2-3 tbsp oil ,1 cup sliced onions with high flame stirring 1 minutes then add 2 cups beef kima,1/2 tsp salt then stirring continuously, add black peppers 1/2 tsp, add 3 cups cabbage, 1 tsp turmeric powder , 1 tsp roasted cardamom chinamon bay leaves mix powder, 1 tsp mix cumin corianders powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and mix everything well combined together , then cover for 10 minutes with medium flame.
after 10 minutes check them stir then add 2 cups onion, 4-5 pieces green chilli chop mix well then cover for 4-5 minutes medium low flame . After 4-5 minutes check again and stir then add spring onion 1 cup this is optional then add corianders leaves approximately 1/2 cups ( optional) mix well then cover for another 4 minutes with low medium flame after 4-5 minutes add 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder this is optional, adjust your salt mix well 1-2 minutes then turn off heat and keep aside until cold stuffing.
let's started for samucha sheet:
To make the samosa sheets we need 2 cups all purpose flour.
Then add 1/4 cup yellow/white cornflour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1-2 tbsp oil mix well them, then add ice cold water around 150-175 ml water 3 times add slow mix frequently until make a dough / to make the dough, we need to water then everything mix together. After the dough is mixed you need to knead the dough for at least3-4 minutes until smooth.Now cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour or 10 minutes. After 10 minutes or half an hour we makes small balls of the dough that we will need to make the samosa sheet. To makes the sheets we need oil and flour. For rolling the sheets we need a rolling pin. Then take the dough and put it at your working surface. After take it out and roll it in this way, then make equal size balls for the sheets. Then put it in your hand and make small balls, then put them in a bowl with cover until roll them all over.  And after that dust some flour on your surface area. Now roll all the ball in small circle, to makes 4-5-6 layer or more you like that. After making small or anysize circle you like that, take some oil and apply it on the sheet properly or put more on the carnars. Dust some flour on the sheet. After take the second sheet and put it on the first sheets. Now repeat the same step for all the 4-5-6 layer anymore you like that. Now you make sure you need preheat on the stove with low flame, and after layer you can roll them easily until 12-14 inches or 9-10 niches. Roll the corner very well so they are not thick.(Now put your sheet in the preheat pan for fry 30 second or 1-2 minutes both side . Or you can use oven if you want oven, first to apply oil top sheet so it will not become hard because we are baking it in the oven the sheet are ready to go in the oven and the oven is preheated to 375 F. We need puted the sheet in the oven until you see the first layer puff up. We do not want to cook the sheet. After taking it out of the separate, the layers as you can see the the layers come of easily ) After then you can see the sheet are very soft and thin. After you separate the sheets you can cut it any shape and size you like. You can store the sheets and put them in the refrigerator . Also you can freeze own style samosa or spring rolls in the freezer for months. Whenever you want you can take it out and deep oil fry them.
