Bangladeshi eid special payesh || biye barir fhirni || Creamy rice pudding || recipe no :  Tf#2



Ingredients :
kalojira rice or aromatic rice 1/2 cup whole milk 2.5 liter or 10 cup

full cream powder milk 1/2 cup

sugar 1 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
bay leaves 2 pices 
chinamon stick 2 pices
green cardamom 5 pices
black cardamom 1 pice
golden raisins total 1/4 cup
cashew nuts 14-15

Let's get started: Add 2.5 litter whole milk in a pan high flame.Then when milk getting little warm that time take 1cup milk in a a little bowl then add  1/2 cup full cream powder the bowl get it mix and pour them in pan whole milk . Add aromatic medium grains rice 2 cup (before must have the rice wasched and soaked 15 -20 minutes). Then mix well frequently with high flame. Add  bay leaves, green cardamom , black cardamom , chinamon stick. Then stir them continuously  and boil rice until 100%. Keep stirring do not skip  bottom on the spoon.keep continuously check them.When get rice half  boil remove bay leaves ,cardamom ,chinamon with strainer. Keep high flame with stir. After 100% boiled must rice 5-6 need to over boil with high flame. when rice getting thick add 1 cup sugar, 2 times and add 1/4 tsp salt 2 times (taste to salt and taste to sugar ). That time keep stir and mix them very well. After then need to get cook the rice pudding  8-10 minutes with medium flame.Then add 2 tbsp golden raisins and stir 2 more minutes medium flame.Then need turned to off flame and removed pan from flame. Last off all wait 1-2 minutes. Then pour warm rice pudding in a bowl carefully.( you can use spoon for remove rice pudding ). Then decorate on the top  with golden raisins, cashew nuts as you like. And Wait for until 100% cold rice pudding . When get it cold you can put in refrigerator for 1 hour or more you like this. After cold rice pudding will be perfect taste ! Best taste cold rice pudding ! :)
