How to make perfect yogurt/misti doi: Ingredients: Whole milk ( full cream) milk 2 litter/8 cups Full cream powder milk 1 cup condensed milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup ( taste to sugar) sugar 1/4 cup for caramel Sour yogurt/curd 1 cup and quarter cup


Let's get started: First need to strain sour yogurt for 2 hour, let's get started for next step add in a pan 2 litter whole milk with high flame when get milk little warm than add 1 cup powder milk, mix well for remove lumps. Then need to another in a pan add 1/4 cup Sugar 3 minutes heat them medium flame until look like caramel . when get caramel turn off flame add 1 cup liquid milk mix well pour them in 2 litter milk, mix everything together. Add 1/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cups condensed then mix well everything together and stir them for 10 minutes boil properly. After 10 minutes
need to get turn of flame, remove from flame wait for until little warm milk. After get little warm milk
we need to get a mixing bowl add sour yogurt /curd mix well with whisk or fork for remove lumps then add milk mixture, and continuously mix everything together mix is done than need to pour clay pot, oven proof pot, and pour bowl. After then need to get them for oven 145* fahrenheit, 4 bowl need to put on the stove in a pan need to add extra steel plate or aluminum,or stand then put on the stand/plate or anything you like that than cover them with little towel and closed them pan cover with medium low flame or low flame if you used medium low flame after 30 minutes need to transfer low flame keep low flame until 2 hours. last of all another clay pot I will put in a oven for 2 hours with wrap blanket for steam 145* Fahrenheit. After 2 hours take them out , get them room tamperature then put in the refrigerator for few hours and serve cold ! Best taste cold yogurt/doi/desserts.
